On The Forest Country Club property, behind #11 Bobcat green is a large drainage vault that connects to the preserve off property.
Original galvanized drainage pipe rusted away from the concrete vault.
We
were able to fix the failure in-house. We used a large 24" PVC pipe which
is much stronger and more durable that the old original galvanized pipe.
Hydraulic cement was applied to wrapped around the connections for a secure and tight fit to prevent leakage.
We're going to backfill and sod around the fault. Rip Rap on either side to prevent erosion.
